T BAILEY is looking for a full-time experienced welder to join our Anacortes production team as a Night Shift Lead. Successful candidates will have safety as their number 1 priority and previous experience with heavy steel fabrication.

Successful candidates will have at least 3 years of experience in flux core welding. This position is open on our night shift only. Monday - Thursday 4:30 pm - 3:00 am.

There will be a flux core weld test in the vertical and overhead position using .052 wire.

T BAILEY offers competitive compensation and benefits including 7.5% shift differential for night shift, PTO, paid holidays, 4/10 schedule, 401(k) match and 100% company paid medical benefits for the employee.

Full Wage Range $26.00 - $40.00 + an additional 7.5% shift differential for night shift.
