MEDICAREMD.COM Sr Operations Manager - Patient Experience and Analytics in AMERICAN FORK, Utah
This position can be hybrid in our American Fork, UT office or remote within the United States.
Job Summary
You will partner with the GM of the Patient Experience and Analytics Business Unit to drive operational and financial outcomes, execute strategic initiatives, and improve processes across the BU. Our ideal candidate is a versatile professional with a bias toward action, an operational mindset, and the ability to turn strategy into execution. You will be proactive, results-driven, and capable of building an operational cadence that ensuresimpactful, action-oriented business reviews.
What You Will Do
Coordinate monthly business reviews, analyzing results and identifying key levers of the business to focus on
Lead process improvement, automation, and standardization initiatives to drive efficiency
Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks, ensuring continuous execution
Develop dashboards and reports to track key KPIs, performance, and leading indicators
Collaborate with Operations and Project Managers to ensure process consistency and readiness
Partner with FPandA on financial modeling and KPI analysis
Drive executionof quarterly objectives, ensuring teams hit key milestones
Standardize BU reporting and internal review processes to enable fast decision-making
Enhance productivity byremoving friction, optimizing workflows, and leveraging tools effectively
Oversee sales and support enablement tools and processes to improve team performance
Travel/Physical Demands
Travel typically less than 10%

Qualifications
What You Will Have
4 - 6 or more years of experience in business or sales operationsor a related field
Proven ability to drive execution with a results-oriented approach
Project management experience focused on delivering outcomes
Skilled at translating strategy into actionable processes
Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
Experience navigating obstacles and driving change in cross-functional teams
Effective communicator and presenter, including engagement with C-level executives
Excellent organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
Advanced Excel proficiency: complex formulas and functions, data analysis and pivot tables, data visualizations and reporting, data validation and error checking, financial modeling, etc.
Nice to Haves
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field
Experience with business intelligence tools: Domo or similar
The posted range for this position is$89,000 - $134,000which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a bonus target not reflected in the range.
