We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as anAutomotive Finance Assistant at our Altoona Honda dealership. In this role, you will support the Sales Manager in processing financing and insurance paperwork for vehicle sales transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Finance and Insurance/Sales Manager with preparing and processing financing and insurance paperwork for vehicle sales transactions.
• Verify accuracy of customer information and financing documents.
• Communicate with lenders and insurance providers to ensure timely completion of transactions.
• Coordinate with sales and administrative staff to facilitate smooth and efficient transactions.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to all relevant regulations.
• Provide administrative support to the Finance and Insurance Manager as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in finance or business administration is a plus.
• Prior experience in automotive finance, insurance, or dealership operations preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
