Manpower is hiring a 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician for a leading company in the Duncansville/Altoona area. This direct hire opportunity offers competitive pay and a supportive work environment. Location: Duncansville/Altoona Area

Position: Direct Hire

Shift: 2:30 pm -- 11:00 pm (overtime and on call hours are possible)

Pay: $20 - $22 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

· Repair and maintain production equipment to ensure optimal performance.

· Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and manage records with CMMS.

· Handle electrical and mechanical system repairs, including PLCs and power distribution.

· Collaborate with a multi-shift team to meet production goals.

· Fabricate and install custom equipment and assist with training programs.

· Implement lean manufacturing practices and ensure safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:

· 5 years of experience in production maintenance.

· Expertise in motor drives, PLCs, and industrial power systems (Allen-Bradley preferred).

· Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

· Proficient with hand tools and reading CAD/design drawings.

· Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
