Job Location: Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm - Onsite - Altamonte Springs, FL

The role you’ll contribute:

The Project Manager will provide project management and project support for AdventHealth's consumer workstreams, specifically focused on the Consumer Experience Delivery team. The core responsibility is to ensure the successful execution of company-wide projects and consumer initiatives by ensuring smooth and effective workflows and meeting established deadlines. They also serve as a primary point of contact for cross functional projects; manage relationships and expectations with cross functional teams.The Project Manager provides program management of project deliverables and provides oversight in project analytics and measurements for the Consumer Experience Delivery functions to inform the overall consumer project management and tracking process. This includes managing others without direct reporting authority and ensuring project management and tracking is occurring within the appropriate processes and tools. The Project Manager reports directly to the VP and facilitates and leads project teams in collaboration with multiple internal and external leaders from across the consumer workstreams and the organization. Oversees the development of department tools, project teams and project task management to ensure performance consistency with department goals, objectives, outcomes, measurements and metrics to further advance the consumer initiatives. Supports and works directly with the VP and the Consumer System Operations and PgMO team to develop operational processes as aligned to the V2030 and Strategic Framework. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.The Project Manager will help develop project timelines and production calendars based on strategic prioritization, planning and resource utilization. This role is cross-functional as it works closely with workstreams across the consumer scope and interfaces with consumer leaders from the different markets across the organization.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

Develops, and/or partners with other assigned project managers or initiative leaders to ensure the development of, the

full project plan for each initiative according to standards set by the consumer PgMO team. Project plans include, but are

not limited to, project scope of work, project timelines, communication plan and updates to appropriate stakeholders,

project deliverables, defined measurements, metrics, activation and sustainment strategies for all Consumer Experience

Delivery projects undertaken.

• Serve as an advisor to leaders within the Consumer Experience Delivery workstreams for consumer PgMO model best

practices; Challenges, leveraging positive relationships to influence, the adoption of new processes; Serves as the project

management expert to leaders in the Consumer Experience Delivery scope, partnering closely with project managers and

initiative owners from the other workstreams in the consumer team and the assigned market consumer contacts, project

managers, and leaders.

• Works with VP and other department leadership to manage and track the PMO and governance process associated with

the Consumer Experience Delivery workstream, including connectivity into the greater consumer PgMO and governance

structures, preparing agendas, producing and distributing project deliverables and documents to appropriate stakeholders;

Help owners navigate all projects through the appropriate approval process.

• Maintains visibility into all projects within Consumer Experience Delivery scope so leadership can evaluate and

execute rapid decision making on strategic initiatives; Develop an overall project view focused on critical priorities to

help move projects along and mitigate issues whenever appropriate.

• Facilitate strong communication within the team; work with sub-team leads to identify and delegate tasks to appropriate

team members and ensure all tasks are successfully completed on multiple projects at once.

• Identify issues, manage stakeholder expectations, and offer recommendations for creative solutions or alternatives

based on knowledge of priorities, project roadmaps, and contributing factors; Assists consumer leaders in identifying

barriers to implementing projects and develops strategies to overcome these barriers.

• Develop and oversee process to clarify, research, communicate, and document the requirements of requests/issues;

track and manage questions, concerns, and requests to ensure timely and agreed issue resolutions and solutions, in

management of positive stakeholder experiences; Identifies, tracks, and reports issues and risks to ensure appropriate

resolution strategies are employed; Assists in identifying and analyzing risk mitigation tactics.

• Lead after-action-review meetings to thoroughly evaluate project outcomes, metrics, and continuous improvement

efforts.

• Supports VP in operational functions as needed and oversees execution of the successful orientation and onboarding of

newly hired/promoted leaders within the Consumer Experience Delivery team in accordance with the overall consumer

team.

• Carry out tasks as assigned by VP and Consumer System Operations and PgMO leadership; Shows flexibility and

tolerance for ambiguity and varying priorities

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE STRONGLY PREFERRED:

• Displays high competency in project management, working in a fast-paced and complex environment, execution of

large projects, and working under multiple and competing deadlines.

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Possesses strong skills in the area of organization, prioritization, and able to complete large amounts of work

effectively and efficiently

• Demonstrated superior matrix management and partnering skills; Ability to thrive in a dynamic hands-on environment

that requires a consultative approach and solutions that span multiple business units

• Ability to understand, explain, and suggest interrelationships between business and technology strategies; Ability to

learn and use strong business acumen to support strategic alignment of initiatives

• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships; Ability to quickly build relationships and diplomatically

negotiate common approach; Ability to interact with all levels of management; Ability to work collaboratively and

individually to achieve stated goals

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

• Experience in communication strategy development with excellent oral and written communication skills

• Proficient in project management systems, such as Microsoft Project or other project management program

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Bachelors and 5 years' experience

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience in one or more of the areas of project management, organizational change management, process management, business operations or consulting

• Bachelor's degree in related field of study• Formal project management experience• Relationship/Stakeholder management experience

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED :

• Master's degree in related field of study• Experience working in healthcare industry, preferably in a hospital setting• Experience with large scale implementations

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION:

• Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) or similar• Certification related to change management

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

• No direct staff supervisory responsibilities

• Project management and project leadership responsibilities required
