The role you’ll contribute:

The Organizational Readiness Manager leads organization change projects and initiatives within Organizational Readiness (OR) and delivers optimal results in the form of minimizing productivity disruptions and maximizing change adoption through effective organization change management delivery. The OR Manager focuses on conceptualizing and executing comprehensive change strategies through partnership and collaboration with leaders across the organization. The role works alongside business leaders to develop change enablement, communication, and training strategies and plans through purposeful, advanced change measures.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

  • Conceptualize, socialize, drive and execute comprehensive change plans and activities for major operational and project-based change initiatives.

  • Apply change management methodologies and tools in developing and executing a Change strategy for multiple change activities in parallel to ensure successful delivery of multiple change management engagements.

  • Lead change initiatives with actionable deliverable plans for key change management levers, including Change Strategy, Stakeholder Assessments, Resistance Plans, Communications Plan, Training Plan, etc.

  • Work with cross-functional project team members to identify and develop solutions for complex project issues, partnering closely to ensure active exchange of information and communication among team.

  • Drive a comprehensive stakeholder strategy for the initiatives, including focus groups, survey and adoption metrics strategy, dashboards, etc.

  • Identify Key Stakeholders and assess their level of impact and sphere of influence and create plans to manage changes/resistance.

  • Provide hands on execution with Stakeholder Assessment deliverables including identification and impact analysis.

  • Develop strategies and execute plans to assess and build leadership alignment through innovative and collaborative change management approaches.

  • Define and measure success metrics and regularly report on progress (including successes and gaps), identify pockets of resistance and anticipate user / stakeholder needs and monitoring change progress.

  • Develop employee experience strategies based on awareness of the details of the change and the audiences impacted by the change.

  • Partner with OR communication lead to design, development and deliver comprehensive communication plans with a focus on strategic messaging, persuasiveness, and visual attractiveness.

  • Partner with OR training/learning lead to design, develop and delivery comprehensive training plans to ensure impacted users are prepared to adapt to new skills, knowledge, abilities required for change.

  • Provide recurring status updates to leadership and other project governance committees.

  • Work with leadership teams to support project escalations and stakeholder relationship management.

  • Identify and develop key relationships with Sponsors/Influencers in developing a successful Change Network.

  • Increase awareness of change management by continuously demonstrating the value of change enablement practices, services, and deliverables.

  • Defines priorities, resources, and deadlines for readiness activities in partnership with OR Project Manager.

  • Role may require up to 25% travel throughout year.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required; Preferably BA or BS in Business Management, Change Management, Organizational Development or related field,

  • 5 years’ experience with proven change management track record involving large to mid-size companies.

  • Management experience in a team-oriented workplace.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop direct report employees.

  • Minimum of one year of responsible leadership experiences in management or supervisory positions.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

  • Master’s degree in Business Management, Change Management, Organizational Development or related field,

  • Experience working in healthcare industry, preferably in an acute care setting

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED:

  • Prosci or other Change Management certification
