Job Location : Onsite; Altamonte Springs, FL

The role you’ll contribute:

The Finance Manager has responsibility for leading certain Finance Corporate Services projects including routine reporting, annual allocations, the annual capital model, balance sheet modeling, Senior Finance Leadership presentations, survey submissions and assistance with other requests that involve Finance Corporate Services involvement. This individual will be responsible for analyzing, producing, compiling and presenting information for the benefit of management and financial leadership. The Finance Manager will also serve as a liaison between the Finance Corporate Services department and other Corporate and Shared Services departments, the facilities and external consultants (when applicable). This individual will supervise those reporting to him/her while managing requests from Finance Leadership. The Finance Senior Manager should have a degree in Accounting or Finance and should be well organized, detail oriented and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Manage and supervise finance projects including routine reporting, annual allocations, the annual capital model, Senior Finance Leadership presentations, survey submissions and assistance with other requests that involve Finance Corporate Services involvement to ensure accurate and timely information needed to support decision making is produced.

· Act as a liaison between Corporate and Shared Services departments, hospital leadership, Corporate finance staff and external consultants (when applicable).

· Present and/or distribute statistical and financial results and high-level analysis of finance projects to senior finance executives and/or hospital leadership.

· Coordinate gathering, reviewing and analyzing data necessary for projects.

· Establish deadlines and communicate expectations to ensure projects are completed timely.

· Communicate status to supervisor on a regular basis.

· Provide timely support on project related matters.

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :

· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business

· 5 years of progressive work experience, including at least 3 years of Healthcare Industry Experience

Preferred qualifications:

· GPA of 3.5 or higher

· Master’s Degree (in Business Administration or Accounting) is preferred

· Experience working in a hospital finance or accounting department is preferred

· CPA

· Proficiency in Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM is preferred.

· Experience in a hospital environment.
