salary: $19.99 - $20 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Associate

Responsibilities

  • Assist the recruiting team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling interviews, and organizing recruitment-related activities

  • Serve as the point of contact for candidates, providing timely communication regarding interview scheduling, follow-ups, and application status

  • Schedule interviews, book meeting rooms, and ensure the hiring team has the necessary information and materials

  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate records

  • Assist in coordinating onboarding schedules and preparing new hire paperwork

Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree

  • 2+ years of office/admin experience (experience in recruiting or human resources is a plus)

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint) and internet research tools

  • Experience with word-processing and databases

  • Familiarity with office equipment: fax, copier, printer, scanner, binding machine, LCD monitors, multi-line phone systems, etc.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, onsite in Altamonte Springs
