  Position Responsibilities:  

• Maintains and updates plant specific documentation library consisting of reference materials, videos, and publications

• Design manufacturing plant specific SOP manuals and coordinating delivery of job specific training SOPs is a responsibility of the Document Specialist

• Use document control to design training content and coordinate the New Hire Onboarding while tracking and reporting the status and completion

• Reviews current qualifications, skill sets and certification processes with SME’s and make recommended changes as directed by the plant location

• Suggest and implement changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase safety and efficiency of shop, department, or work crew

• Other duties as assigned

  Required Education and Experience:  

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 5 plus years of specific experience  

  Preferred Education and Experience:  

• Master’s degree
