Job Title: Wiring Technician

Job Description

The Wiring Assembler will interpret electrical schematics to assemble and/or wire electrical power systems (switchgears and panels). Candidates must have the ability to use various hand tools as it relates to sub-pan and systems assemblies. This is a production facility, so the assemblers will be doing repetitive work. They will learn to wire a panel based on a schematic and then repeat this procedure until the production volume is met. Responsibilities include performing sub panel layouts, drilling and tapping holes with minimal supervision, wiring sub-pans, door devices, and other power equipment, wiring simple relay circuits, and performing daisy chaining with most common wires in drawings. Assemblers are also responsible for mounting all pertinent equipment and performing mechanical assembly on switchgear/switchboards under supervision. The shift is a 4-day work week, Monday-Thursday from 5 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with Fridays from 5 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Overtime is available and currently mandatory on Fridays.

Job Type

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in ALPHARETTA, Georgia.

Work Environment

The work environment is climate-controlled. It is an extremely nice facility where contractors will sit at a bench wiring panels/switchgears. Candidates will be able to wear comfortable clothing and will be provided with all the necessary tools. Each workspace has plenty of space.
