Position Overview
Siemens Advanta Consulting has opened an exciting new opportunity for a Vice President to join our US Leadership Team. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for driving customer acquisition, customer growth, and delivering digitalization services with excellence. This position will report to the CEO and be responsible for acquiring new clients in one or more of the following industry verticals: medical technology or manufacturing, food and beverage, or discrete manufacturing (e.g. automotive, machine builders, industrial manufacturers).
You will make an impact by:
Business development – develop strategies to create long-term relationships, build a business pipeline, maintain a network of senior-level client relationships, and close new and follow-on business. Proven talent for business development with a sales-driven hunter mentality.
Engagement delivery partner – serves as the executive responsible for delivery excellence of complex projects, managing the team of project consultants, and managing executive-level clients.
Practice and Offering Development – building and enhancing offerings and associated methods, promoting the Siemens Advanta brand with impact.
People Manager –Inclusive, team-oriented, motivational leadership style with a growth mindset
Leader - Serve on the Siemens Advanta US Leadership Team as well as on the global consulting leadership team, innovate with us as we grow this transformative business, promote our Siemens Advanta values of Dare to Dream, Love Your Client, Team Wins, and Enjoy the Ride
You will win us over by having the following qualifications:
Required Skills and Experience
10+ years of Management Consulting experience with expertise in one of the following industry verticals: (Automotive, Industrial Goods, Life Sciences, Energy or Power Utilities) and IoT fields (including Industry 4.0, digitalization, AI, and data analytics)
Must be able to work in the United States of America without sponsorship now or in the future
Must be located in a major US city with access to an international airport
BS or BA degree required
Ability to travel (domestic/international) when needed
Preferred Skills
Existing senior-level client network that can be leveraged.
Entrepreneurial spirit, drive, and passion to further develop and grow business for Siemens Advanta and to develop the team as we become a recognized strategy consulting player in the US market.
Broad experience in serving international clients and leading complex international projects; track record of having led diverse consulting teams across multiple locations.
Knowledge of the landscape of processes, tools, applications, and solutions used by major industrial companies.
MBA preferred
Atlanta, GA is the preferred location for this opportunity

You’ll benefit from:
- The total compensation range for this role will be $350,000-$450,000 (this is inclusive of base salary, bonus, and discretionary stock awards). The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
