We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Sourcing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess risk management expertise, including problem-solving skills, and be familiar with laws, intellectual property, and technical regulations regarding data and privacy. This knowledge is essential for making informed decisions and ensuring awareness among Business Unit (BU) stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expertise in risk management, including problem-solving and familiarity with laws, intellectual property, and technical regulations regarding data and privacy.

  • Assist Supply Chain with negotiations and employ leverage points to achieve negotiation objectives.

  • Serve as the Supply Chain Single Point of Contact (SPOC) responsible for reviewing External & Legislative Affairs assigned state, federal, and international legislation/laws applicable to Supply Chain operations, coordinate implementation with responsible Supply Chain teams as necessary.

  • Manage day-to-day requirements for the Supply Chain team in areas of Technical Sourcing Guidance, providing Legislative Analysis, Regulatory Compliance, and Legal/litigation support.

  • Assist in drafting specific contract clauses/appendices and amendments, as well as related Job Aids, Negotiation Guides, and necessary support and training when necessary.

  • Work seamlessly within and across companies, cultures, functions, and geographies to drive change and action.

  • Prepare and execute statements of work, including regulatory considerations and company policies and procedures.

  • Apply knowledge appropriately when evaluating new information technologies to meet AT&T's legal requirements.

  • Transform technical requirements into contractual obligations to hold suppliers accountable for successful implementation and negotiate relevant terms for asset management and compliance.

  • Administer Legal Holds for contracts related to specific litigation matters.

Education and Experience:

  • Preferred Law degree.

  • Typically requires 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

This role does not have supervisory responsibilities but requires an ability to work seamlessly within and across organizations, demonstrating an ability to drive change and action. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned, experienced professional with a comprehensive understanding of legal and industry practices and the ability to apply this knowledge effectively.

Our Senior Technical Sourcing Management earn between $96,000 - $144,000 annual in Dallas, TX. Our Senior Technical Sourcing Management earn between $85,700 -$128,500 annual in Alpharetta and Atlanta, GA. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
