The Professional Solutions Consultant (PSC) is responsible for the delivery of Commercial customer solutions to achieve the revenue goals of the USIS Commercial business unit. This role requires collaboration and partnership with internal Equifax teams to meet the needs and exceed expectations of the Equifax Commercial customer community.

What you'll do Develop customer solution requirements to deliver Commercial products to Equifax customers Collaborate with Commercial Fulfillment Analysts to ensure delivery of the right solution Partner with the Sales team to ensure all customer requirements are captured, vetted and properly positioned for fulfillment and delivery. What experience you need (7 or less requirements recommended) Professional communication skills - both written and oral 5 years of project management experience Working knowledge of Google Suite of Applications: Sheets, Mail, Documents, etc. Ability to manage multiple, high revenue dollar priorities to deliver solutions that meet Commercial revenue goas 5 years of collaborative project planning skills and management that includes engagement with Sales, Fulfillment resources, Product Managers, cross functional Equifax business units and Equifax customers. Problem solving and analysis skills: Leverage best practices to identify potential process gaps, analyze root causes, devise controls to close process gaps and identify resources needed to build solutions. What could set you apart Strong SQL querying experience, with the ability to execute simple and complex queries to provide reports around customer data Verifiable experience with high profile customer engagement and support. Customer names and contract values are good indicators of the importance of those customers. Demonstrated competency with Google suite applications to manage workflows and to communicate with internal and external customers. Demonstrable use of best practices in project management, including project artifacts, collaboration strategies and effective communication practices.
