As a Production Support Engineer, you will be responsible for verifying, investigating and fixing product configurations, code bugs, user access, product functionality issues of one or more products within Decision Management Product Suite within SLA's. You will be responsible for supporting multiple applications after core release is delivered in all higher environments across multiple geographic cloud regions. Product Support Engineer will partner with other Product Support Engineers, developers, configuration managers, network engineers and stakeholders to triage, troubleshoot and provide necessary resolution steps in above mentioned environments

What you will do Resolve and support with incident and ServiceNow request processes for technical problems and IT issues, involving the file transfer applications and environments. Establish a strategy of continuous delivery risk management that enables proactive decisions and actions throughout the delivery life cycle Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer reported file transfer issues which includes application architecture/security/infrastructure Follow the SLA for issues with respect to the severity Establishing Data File Transmission in the production environment in accordance with 'best practices' of enterprise data processing Measure and improve delivery productivity for all P1 and P2 support engineers Troubleshooting application related issues, setting up monitor alerts, testing solutions, and application deployment support Collaborate with other support engineers to plan and organize the development of our systems. Proactively identify issues within the system or within international BU operations and/or infrastructure, security concerns, data concerns, and create a remediation plan to solve the issue permanently Provide 24X7 on-call support for all production environments; rotational scheduled basis Collaborating with Client's Line of Business staff, other related staff and Client's File Transfer Customers to accurately support all the functions and capabilities within the File Transfer software product.

What experience you need BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field involving coding (e.g., physics or mathematics), or equivalent job experience required 5 years of administering software engineering experience 4 years of strong working experience with IBM Sterling File Gateway (SFG) and Sterling Integrator (SI), Sterling Control, Githud 4 years of strong knowledge of communication and data transfer protocols like SFTP, HTTPS and Connect Direct Protocols. Experience managing/running and developing big data processing solutions using Dataflow, PubSub, Dataproc, Tokenization, and others Experience deploying and releasing software using Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, understand infrastructure-as-code concepts, and Terraform constructs. Demonstrable cross-functional knowledge with systems, storage, networking, security and databases

What could set you apart Cloud certification (GCP preferred) Data security: Tokenization and Encryption/Decryption, SSL certificates experience Good working experience on Datadog Monitoring, Application Logs. Ability to work within a cross functional team as well as with various stakeholders.

This position is based in Atlanta. This resource should be local to Atlanta and will be required to work from of the following Equifax office locations - Alpharetta

To adhere to our Return To Office (RTO) weekly onsite requirements, Equifax has a hybrid work schedule that allows for 2 days of remote work (Monday and Friday), with 3 days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) each and every week.
