Key Responsibilities:

  • Seasoned customer facing architect with extensive experience in lifecycle Professional Services in wireless network technologies and solutions including WiFi, in-building DAS solutions, and Private and hybrid 5G

  • Extensive architecture, detailed design, and deployment experience with WiFi and managed LAN, Network as a service / neutral host solutions and Private 5G and Hybrid network architectures

  • WiFi platform and vendor experience with Cisco/Meraki, HPE-Aruba, Fortinet infrastructure, 5G experience including Cisco, Nokia, Ericsson, Dell, Fujitsu, Mavenir, Airspan

  • Understands industry applications and use cases behind wireless solutions including manufacturing, medical records, warehouse management, supply chain

  • Broad knowledge of IT Architecture components and technologies used to build large, global networks.

  • Excellent communication skills including presenting written, oral, problem solving and consensus building across technical, management and executive levels of an Enterprise.

  • Extensive experience leading teams in complex programs for developing cost-efficient technological solutions to meet critical business needs and requirements.

  • Experience across the full Lifecycle of technology adoption from ideation through design, engineering and deployment. Experience in developing financial and budgetary impacts such as TCO or funding levels required to execute a project.

  • Experience in leading the integration of multi-domain, multi-vendor and multi-platform solutions.

Key Duties include:

  • Sales Support : Meets directly with customers and prospects in coordination with our Business Development Manager (direct sales) team. Is a sales “rainmaker” providing technical expertise and business acumen to present differentiating messages on the Consulting value proposition, capably articulate our credibility, and discern customer needs for new opportunities. Develops Consulting scope for wireless opportunities including planning, transformation, and PM / governance. Translates customer requirements and estimates work effort and resourcing approach on projects to help author Statements of Work (SOW). Works with 3rd parties as necessary to develop holistic solution proposals.

  • Service Development - Supports the development of new AT&T Consulting services balancing customer needs, new market opportunities and AT&T product direction. Develops the supporting collateral and templates for field enablement including product descriptions, marketing briefs, white papers, customer presentations and template SOWs and deliverables. Develops approved 3rd party relationships to support Consulting delivery and interlock with our value-added differentiators. Supports marketing and channel activation activities as appropriate. Activates the field consulting community to identify and develop the skills necessary to grow our native delivery capability and reduce dependency on 3rd parties over time, and build internal knowledge-management repositories for repeatable service delivery.

  • Post Sales Support – Provides strategic part-time billing on key engagements for new service incubation, emerging technologies, or strategic accounts.

Our Specialist Sales Exec S1 Fiber, earn between $148,400 - $222,600 + commissions with a total target compensation of $186,400 - $260,600.
