Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician 1 to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician 1, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting various projects. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Technician 1

Location: Alpharetta, GA

Pay Range: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

What's the Job?

• Read electrical schematic and sub-panel layout drawings to assemble electrical panels.

• Collaborate with production lead or senior technician to resolve semi-complex manufacturing issues.

• Uphold all applicable codes, standards, and manufacturing workmanship guidelines on panel assemblies.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support process changes.

• Ensure safety in manufacturing by supporting a Zero Harm Culture (ZHC).

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• Demonstrated good safety and quality practices.

• Flexibility to work overtime and alternate shifts as needed.

• 0 to 2 years of experience with Control Panel Manufacturing.

• Ability to communicate effectively and work independently.
