ADP is hiring a Lead Architect- GenAI.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the GENAI initiative at Tax Credits. You and your team of talented technologists will be responsible for the development, deployment, and ongoing enhancement of our ADP Assist experience across Tax Credits products and solutions. You will focus on leveraging generative AI technologies to drive innovation, improve client experiences, and optimize business processes. The successful candidate will have a background in AI and machine learning, with hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI models, natural language processing, and deep learning frameworks.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Build or explore opportunities to increase process automation using GenAI

• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to keep ADP at the forefront of innovation.

• Identify opportunities to leverage generative AI technologies to improve client experiences and optimize business processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into existing products and platforms.

• Work closely with Product Development, Product Management, and other business units to understand client needs and translate them into AI solutions.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

• You'll have a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent.

• To thrive in this role, you'll need to be an AI-native with a solid understanding of technologies, including large language models, neural networks, data pipelines, and AI-driven analytics. A strong understanding and experience with cloud-based AI platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, AWS Preferred

• You have experience in a large, complex AI environment that is constantly evolving. You will work with both Product Development and Product Management to help them achieve their goals for our clients. Like our best engineers, you are an enthusiastic creator eager to learn. You strive to learn new technologies and find ways to incorporate what you learn into building your AI-driven products.

• Proficiency in Java/JEE technologies, jQuery, JSON, Angular, Kafka

• Microservice architecture

• Hands-on experience with Spring boot and Spring integrations

• RDBMS and NoSQL databases such as Mongo or DynamoDB

• GIT, Jenkins

• Great communication skills in English – both verbal and written.
