Lead Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations/Cybersecurity team and work with the resources to ensure deliverables are met within service level agreements (SLA). Collaborate with IAM Delivery, IAM Engineering, and Platform engineering teams to maintain an ongoing IAM strategy aligned with the organizations Cybersecurity mission and vision. Utilize subject-matter expertise across all IAM topics as it relates to both cloud and on-premises enterprise technology to develop effective architecture solutions. Drive the adoption of Authentication and Authorization reference architectures using technologies such as Java, XML, etc. Implement and maintain various Siebel systems including installation, server, and data administration. Integrate Siebel systems with corporate IAM systems for all authentication and authorization for enterprise users. Lead the adoption of creative solutions to address complex, global IAM problems. Participate in Identity and Access Management enterprise governance processes and drive IAM standards adoption. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable. Travel to unanticipated client sites nationally.
