How does this role contribute to our collective success?

We are seeking an experienced SAP-Fieldglass subject matter expert with 5+ years of client side and/or provider side experience to assist with the operations and management of our staff augmentation and statement of work programs and its non-employee resources. In this role, you will oversee ongoing operations of our global contingent workforce strategy, processes, service to our internal customers and stakeholders, and technology solutions.

In summary, this position requires 5+ years of experience across all the following: SAP-Fieldglass administration and operations, vendor invoicing management, customer and vendor support, and end-user training.

What will you do in this role?

  • SOW Program Management: overall direct management of the SOW program in SAP-Fieldglass, including strategy development, implementation, and continuous improvement. Responsible day to day for all facets of SOW operations for all Business Units at AXIS: demand management, orders, monitoring approval chaining, supplier acceptance, worker on and offboarding, supplier invoicing, approval, and processing for payment. In addition, being our point of contact for all exceptions receipting, tracking, and resolution. Attend weekly operations meeting to present program metrics, issues, trends, successes, and collaborate with Procurement team to plan near and far term operations. Supplier setup, relations, and training

  • Staff Augmentation Program Management: overall direct management of the Staff Augmentation program in SAP-Fieldglass, including strategy development, implementation, and continuous improvement. Responsible day to day for all facets of Job Posting and Work order operations for all Business Units at AXIS: demand management, orders, monitoring approval chaining, supplier acceptance, worker on and offboarding, supplier invoicing, approval, and processing for payment. In addition, being our point of contact for all exceptions receipting, tracking, and resolution. Attend weekly operations meeting to present program metrics, issues, trends, successes, and collaborate with Procurement team to plan near and far term operations. Supplier setup, relations, and training

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (HR, Procurement, Finance, IT) and external vendors to understand business needs, align program goals, and drive adoption.

  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with SOW and Staff Aug Suppliers and other external vendors to ensure compliance (ie. order maintenance, worker onboarding, worker offboarding, invoicing, payment), performance metrics (cycle time), and service level agreements (SLAs) are met.

  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement within the SOW management lifecycle and implement best practices to streamline operations. Responsible for SOW program workflows and diagrams. Responsible for keeping Program Manual up to date with latest processes.

  • System Configuration and Integration: Oversee the configuration, integration, and customization of the SAP Fieldglass system to meet business requirements and enhance functionality.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analytics to monitor program performance, create and track new KPIs, and generate actionable insights for decision-making and continuous improvement.

  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, company policies, and best practices related to SOW workforce management.

  • Training and Support: Develop training programs and provide support to end-users to maximize system utilization and ensure a seamless user experience.

  • You may also be required to take on additional duties, responsibilities and activities appropriate to the nature of this role.

About You:

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Proven experience (5 years or more) supporting SAP-Fieldglass or similar Vendor Management System (VMS) in a corporate environment.

  • Experience with P2P systems such as Coupa, SAP-Ariba, or related applications is highly desired.

  • Strong understanding of contingent workforce management processes, best practices, and industry trends.

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

What we prefer you to have:

  • Certification in SAP Fieldglass or relevant VMS platforms (preferred)

Role Factors:

Location: prefer Alpharetta, Georgia or New York, NY USA; hybrid office policy

What we offer:

For this position, we currently expect to offer a base salary in the range of $115,000 to $125,000. Your salary offer will be based on an assessment of a variety of factors including your specific experience and work location.

In addition, you will be offered competitive target incentive compensation, with awards based on overall corporate and individual performance. Where this role is based in the United States of America, this role is Exempt for FLSA purposes.
