ManpowerGroup Safety & Operations Facilitator in Aloha, Oregon

Job Posting: eFit Coordinator

Location: Aloha, OR

Pay: $21.50/hr

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM (potentially 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM)

Start Date: Immediate start preferred

Are you organized, safety-focused, and ready to take on a pivotal coordination role? Join our team as an eFit Coordinator at the Aloha campus, where you'll play a critical role in ensuring seamless operations while maintaining high safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Familiarize yourself with the GnP and SIPP (Safety Incident Prevention Program) requirements and expectations

  • Identify and address safety concerns during coordination meetings

  • Ensure necessary approvals are obtained before work begins

  • Facilitate daily coordination meetings, including pre-work and follow-ups

  • Walk job sites with Construction Coordinators (CCs) to address questions and remove roadblocks

  • Coordinate work through Microsoft Teams and eFIT phone communications

  • Communicate start/completion times and address unexpected issues promptly

  • Collaborate with night shifts to prepare for upcoming work

  • Coordinate approvals and communication with stocker/capacity teams, AMHS, and subfab

  • Facilitate panel shutdowns, preparation, and communication

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Effective communication and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and the ability to learn proprietary systems

  • Safety-conscious mindset with an eye for identifying potential risks

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected issues
