Lott Builders LLC is a residential construction company located in Alma Michigan. We are a local business founded in 2001 and continue to be a trusted company specializing in custom-built homes, and all phases of residential construction. 

We are currently looking for an experienced, hard working individul to join our team.

Must have experience as a general laborer in the construction industry/Residential construction experience preferred.

Salary: Starts at $15/hr (based on experience)

Job duties:

The ideal candidate will be hard-working, able to follow instructions, and be physically capable of performing labor-intensive tasks.

• Perform general labor tasks as assigned
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Assist with construction, maintenance, or other projects
• Operate hand and power tools as required
• Clean and prepare job sites by removing debris and ensuring safety protocols are followed
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

Requirements:

• Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks
• Ability to work in all weather
• Must have your own transportation and be able to get to/from job sites (local area)
• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to follow directions
• Self-motivated/Proactive
• Punctual and reliable
• 1-year minimum construction experience
• Residential construction experience (preferred)
