This position is in the Flex department, located in Alliance, NE. Currently, second and third shift positions are available.

  1. Verify proper specifications for hose;

  2. Properly set the traverse on the reel up for the size of hose being worked;

  3. Check center pitch when hose is moved out of the wrap machine;

  4. Load machine with nylon and properly monitor through the process;

  5. Identify and eliminate any known defects – tape flips, bad stripe, folded nylon, etc.

  6. Prepare and complete necessary paperwork.

Production work preferred;

Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills;

Basic knowledge and use of hand tools;

Sound decision making skills;

Good math, reading, writing skills;

Demonstrated mechanical aptitude;

Mental and visual acuity for production of quality product;

Strong trouble shooting skills;

Basic computer skills – Microsoft Office package;

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds;
