We are looking for a dedicated and highly organized individual to join a company we are recruiting for as an Overnight Administrative Coordinator. This individual will provide all-around support to the team during the night shifts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating office operations, assisting with administrative tasks, and working closely with other staff to ensure smooth and efficient business operations during the night shift.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of administrative office tasks and functions.

• Schedule appointments and manage calendars.

• Provide information and assistance to patrons.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

• Assist with project coordination and management.

• Support department managers with various tasks as needed.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Highly proficient in typing and understanding of basic computer operations.

• Extensive knowledge and expertise in delivering a positive experience to patrons.

• Capability to effectively communicate with a broad range of customers.

• Demonstrated adaptability, flexibility, and ability to handle multiple tasks as directed by a supervisor.

• Superior communication and social interaction abilities.
