• Cooks, cools, and prepares food items in accordanceto Serv Safe specifications

• Ensure you are promotingoursafetyculture,toincludeuseandmaintenanceofPPE

• Follow correct prepping procedures and utilize prep charts.

• Earn a PAID food handler certificate.

• Keeps work area clean, sanitary, and orderly

• Properly store and rotate stock.

• Use, maintain and clean all kitchen equipment, as well as preparation and storage areas.

• Follow direction from superiors, while understanding the chain of command
