CTD partners with pharmaceutical and biotech customers around the world to ensure the right patients get the right therapies in the right doses at the right time – a concept that we internally embrace as “There is a Patient Waiting.” Our unique blend of services includes project management, packaging, distribution, transportation management and specialty logistics, ancillary supply management, clinical supply optimization, bio-repository storage and much more.

A Day in the Life:

  • This position performs the correct breakdown of clinical returns following randomizations, standard operating procedures, and group leader instructions to ensure compliance with customer specifications and cGMP’s.

  • Reconciliation of return drug supplies as stipulated in protocol specific Accountability Instructions

  • Able to work overtime and weekends when needed to meet business needs and demands.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

  • Required: No previous work experience required

  • Preferred: Experience in distribution, warehouse or supply chain or related field

  • Preferred: Experience with powered industrial trucks (order pickers)

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Ability to understand and follow written instructions and the ability to learn new tasks with the assistance from the Supervisor and/or the Returns Support Associate.

  • High attention to detail

  • Be able to operate a pallet jack.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

  • Allergies to specific pharmaceuticals, like penicillin and cephalosporin, may disqualify individuals from performing these duties.

  • Standing, bending, pushing, pulling, reaching and handling bulky containers/packages. Ability to lift up to 35-50 pounds and occasionally 70 pounds.
