TEKsystems Customer Service Representative in Allentown, Pennsylvania

TEKSystems is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative in Allentown, PA! This position offers tremendous growth potential + the opportunity to establish yourself in a corporate environment!

Description:

Respond to customer service inquiries, request, complaints. Inbound calls and emails.

Calls will be in regard to scheduling, billing, service, ETA's for dumpster deliveries

Utilize pricing sheets to price containers for customers

Enter service and route data into computer for billing and scheduling purposes

Will be creating some new orders (both home and residential)

All info entered in database "Trucks", which they will train on, but Microsoft experience is translatable
