Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Data Reporting Analyst in ALLEGAN, Michigan. Working in the industry, your role will be to analyze, interpret, and report data to support business operations and decision-making. Your work will be instrumental in identifying and implementing process improvements and automation tools.

Responsibilities:

• Perform Gap Analysis to identify areas of improvement in the data reporting process

• Utilize Agile Scrum methodologies to manage and execute projects

• Generate actionable insights using Analytics and Business Intelligence tools

• Develop Business Requirement Documents to guide the design and implementation of solutions

• Implement Process Automation to streamline data reporting and analysis workflows

• Use Microsoft Excel to organize, analyze, and present data

• Identify opportunities for Business Process Improvement and implement necessary changes

• Build Automation Tools to optimize data reporting and analysis processes

• Use Programming Languages to develop and implement data reporting solutions. Requirements

• Proficiency in gap analysis to identify and rectify discrepancies in data.

• Strong background in analytics to evaluate and interpret complex data sets.

• Extensive experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools for data analysis and reporting.

• Ability to create comprehensive Business Requirement Documents outlining project goals and objectives.

• Experience in process automation to improve efficiency and accuracy of data processing.

• Mastery of Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.

• Proven track record in business process improvement to enhance overall operational performance.

• Proficient in using build automation tools to streamline and automate repetitive tasks.

• Knowledge of at least one programming language to handle data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
