Perrigo is seeking a someone talented like you to join our team as a Demand Planner. In this exciting role, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in demand planning and analytics while making a significant impact on our organization. We're looking for someone with a track record of improving forecast accuracy and bias, someone who can develop insightful analytics and drive consensus on demand assumptions. Scope of the Role Responsible for improving SKU-level forecast accuracy and eliminating bias across products/categories over a 36-month planning horizon. This role will analyze several demand factors, including market POS data, new/lost business, and service impacts to develop reasons to believe in the demand signal (units & dollars) and drive consensus with cross-functional teams. Provides robust investigation to develop insights, validate assumptions, and investigate exceptions. Completes root cause analysis on forecast error and collaborates with business partners on corrective actions. Leads monthly Category Demand Review meetings with Marketing and Commercial partners. Strong technical skills with ability to mine data for compelling actionable insights. Experience Required Minimum of 3 years of forecast/demand related analytical experience required. Ability to develop and apply forecasting methods with complex inputs from a variety of sources. Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and results oriented. Critical thinker with strong problem solving skills, able to navigate ambiguity. Excellent skills in analytical reasoning and has a high degree of skill working with calculations and numbers with attention to detail and accuracy.
