Description

We are in search of an Assistant Controller to join our team in ALLEGAN, Michigan. The Assistant Controller will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. This role will involve the use of various accounting software systems and will require a deep understanding of accounts payable and receivable, auditing, and billing functions.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all aspects of accounting functions

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems effectively to monitor financial transactions

• Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure timely and accurate payment processing

• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial data

• Manage and execute billing functions efficiently

• Utilize SAP for various accounting processes

• Monitor and manage job cost to ensure accurate financial forecasting

• Ensure compliance with DCAA regulations in all financial processes.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Comprehensive knowledge of Accounting Functions

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) management

• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) procedures

• Demonstrable experience in Auditing

• Ability to handle Billing Functions effectively

• Understanding and experience with Job Cost calculations

• Proficiency in using SAP software
