Description

As a Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for performing and coordinating accounting duties within our company. You will handle the company's financial records, including preparing reports, maintaining records, analyzing budgets, and managing bookkeeping. The chosen candidate will play a fundamental role in managing our financial transactions and will be instrumental in building scalable and effective financial systems that support our company's growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Preparing financial statements, including monthly and annual accounts.

2. Managing financial transactions, such as expenses, payroll, and invoices.

3. Maintaining accounting documents and records, ensuring all files are up to date.

4. Assisting in the budget preparation process.

5. Collaborating with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations.

6. Ensuring all calculations, details, and financial records are accurate.

7. Identifying and resolving inaccuracies or imbalances in our accounting system.

8. Preparing and supporting on internal and external audits.

   Requirements

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

2. CPA or CMA certification is preferred.

3. Minimum of 2 years of professional accounting experience.

4. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

5. Exceptional knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles.

6. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in preparing financial reports and audits.

7. Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks.

8. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in problem-solving.

9. Manufacturing experience a plus
