Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm + Friday OT

Are you a skilled Welder/Fabricator with TIG welding experience? This opportunity to work for an established manufacturing company in the Algona, IA area may be for you! As a TIG Welder you will be responsible for welding, fabrication and assembly of customer specified systems and parts. You may be asked to perform other duties within the production area. Responsibilities:

• TIG stainless steel welding, with some MIG

• Operation of fabrication equipment

• Blueprint reading and use of different measuring tools

• Fabricate and implement all phases of the equipment building process

• Excellent working knowledge as it relates to tools and equipment, mechanical drives, parts lists and conveyor systems

• Comply with all safety, quality, and production requirements and procedures

• Maintain regular and dependable attendance

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• TIG welding experience is required, 6+ months experience preferred

• Decision making and problem solving skills

• Proficient mechanical and math aptitude

• Experience with technical or manufacturing industries preferred

• Blueprint reading experience

• Ability to travel if required to complete projects

• Ability to speak clearly and listen and learn about technical equipment details
