Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CTC) is seeking an experiencedSenior Equal Opportunity Program Managerto lead efforts supporting the Office of Force Resilience (OFR) within the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), Personnel and Readiness (PandR). As a Equal OpportunitySenior Program Manager, you will oversee and coordinate comprehensive programs that enhance resilience, promote inclusivity, and support the well-being of military personnel across the Department of Defense (DoD). This role requires strategic leadership to develop and execute initiatives that address evolving challenges in force readiness, wellness, and equity.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage professional services supporting the Office for Civil Rights and Equal Opportunity (OCREOP) programs: military equal opportunity (MEO), equal employment opportunity (EEO), civil rights, disability, accessibility, sexual harassment and non-sexual harassment policy and response, and other related Department of Defense (DoD) programs.

Support business operations in four portfolios: (1) Strategy, Policy, and Communications, (2) Compliance and Reports, (3) Research and Analytics, and (4) Outreach and Engagements.

Coordinate and assist in development and implementation of a wide range of policy activities specifically related to civil rights and equal opportunity, including developing, revising, reviewing, evaluating, and providing recommendations for existing and new policies and programs as well as all associated coordination activities.

Support the government business operations team with front office management tasks such as visits, security, read-aheads, office supplies, and schedule management.

Develop, secure approvals, execute, and report out findings from qualitative and quantitative data collection protocols in support of equal opportunity program compliance site visits and associated program evaluation activities.

Provide civil rights and equal opportunity program analysis and strategic planning, including analysis of existing and emerging initiatives as well as cross-functional engagement with key stakeholders.

Provide strategic communications planning and develop associated strategic communications plans which take into account all necessary support to successfully investigate and identity audiences, messaging, strategies, tactics, and measurement for civil rights and equal opportunity outreach.

Basic Qualifications:

Master's Degree in relevant field with 10 or more years of experience.

US Citizenship and possess an active US Government Secret Clearance with ability to maintain the security clearance
