Summary About the Position: This position is located within DoDEA Headquarters, Office of the Director, Equal Employment Opportunity Programs, Case Management Branch in Alexandria, Virginia. Responsibilities Assist the DoDEA ADR PM with creating, documenting, executing and maintaining a robust Title VII Equal Employment Opportunity ADR program across the DoDEA footprint. Serve as a communications conduit between conflicting individuals with the aim of expediting informal dispute resolution. Prepare settlement agreements and collect documentation to support compliance with settlement agreements. Carry out mediation efforts in compliance with Agency Alternative Dispute Resolution policy, negotiated agreements, and memorandum of understanding. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service which includes preparing and collecting information to support compliance with settlement agreements; managing or assisting in the management of an ADR program; participation in mediation regarding ADR; and preparing EEO reports. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Analysis and Research Assessment and Compliance Review Communications Problem Solving Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12). Education Substitution: Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience above in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualifications requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
