Job Title: Commercial Service Plumber

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: $30.00 - $50.00/hr.

Position Overview: The Commercial Service Plumber is responsible for diagnosing, installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial buildings. This role requires a thorough understanding of commercial plumbing systems, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on plumbing systems in commercial buildings.

• Diagnose plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and equipment malfunctions, and provide effective solutions.

• Install, repair, and replace plumbing fixtures, pipes, valves, and related equipment as needed.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their plumbing needs and provide appropriate recommendations.

• Respond to service requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to the client's operations.

• Complete service reports and other documentation as required.

• Maintains equipment, tools, and inventory stock on company service vehicle.

• Safely drives company vehicle, follows requirements of company vehicle driving policy and adheres to all safety requirements.

  Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Proven experience as a Plumber, with a strong understanding of plumbing systems and equipment.

• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

• Knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and safety guidelines.

• Ability to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.

• Good physical condition and ability to work in various environments.

• Basic computer skills.

• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.

• Must pass a drug screen and background check.
