Job Summary:

• Manages the entire process of conceptualizing and overseeing audiovisual solutions for clients, spanning from strategic planning and initial design to ongoing operational enhancements.

• Proactively collaborates with teams from diverse functions to identify and define conferencing use cases and experiences, strategically designing A/V solutions that enhance business outcomes for each scenario.

• Coordinates, operates, and maintains all audio and video conferencing equipment, including setting up presentations and other special requests pertaining to video conferencing.

• Maintaining conference room hardware, exchanging equipment when necessary.

• Troubleshooting connectivity issues with Alphserve (vendor), for local and international clients.

• Recording and editing videos for video archiving.

• Engages in a proactive partnership with Enterprise Applications leadership and staff, strategically aligning collaboration solutions to meet the real-time conferencing requirements.

• Guarantees that operational workflows, processes, forms, and supporting documentation adhere to the expected standards of the Audio-Visual service.

• Oversees and provides regular reports on conferencing technology performance, service levels, and end-user satisfaction with the client's solutions.

• Supervises and mentors the A/V team to assess and identify opportunities for enhancing the A/V service.
