Staffmark Universal Banker in Alexandria, Minnesota

We're seeking a full-time Universal Banker with excellent customer service skills in Alexandria, MN. Responsibilities include cash handling, assisting with Safe Deposit Box functions, providing notary services, opening personal and commercial accounts, cross-selling products, and addressing customer inquiries about accounts and services. Pay Rate: $18-23/hour, based on experience 1st Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Monday - Friday Opening shift starts at 7:15 AM | Closing Shift ends at 5:45 PM Drive-up shift required every 3rd Saturday from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM Key Competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Windows, and Internet applications Skilled in operating a 10-key calculator and office equipment Knowledgeable about ATM operations Proven track record in cross-selling bank products and services to meet customer needs Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma or GED Associate's degree or higher in Business or Finance Minimum 2 years of banking industry experience in a Universal Banker or Customer Service Representative role In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits to show our appreciation for your dedication and hard work.
