Staffmark Machine Shop Technician in Alexandria, Minnesota

Pay: $17-$18 per hour 1st Shift Hours: 5 AM - 3 PM, Monday-Thursday (Yes, a 4-day work week!) The Machine Shop Technician will prioritize and perform various complex secondary operations requiring advanced skill application within the machine shop. Daily duties include: Operating and maintaining various machines and tools. Inspecting parts for quality control. Performing routine maintenance on equipment. Analyze blueprints to determine specific fabrication requirements. Maintain equipment and surrounding work area in a clean and organized condition. This is an entry-level position offering paid training. The ideal candidate will have good attention to detail and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
