General Job Description

: Directs and performs final sub-grade preparation and form construction for concrete placement. Measures, calculates, mixes, orders, places, levels, finishes, cures,

saws

and grinds fresh concrete and similar materials according to specifications and drawings.

Remove

forms,

directs

operators,

loads

and

unloads

equipment, tools and materials and

generally

performs

duties as

required

to satisfy the overall purpose of the job.

Essential Job Requirements : All employees must be able to function well with regard to the following: heavy work, uncontrolled environmental conditions, work sites that change as a function of work availability, occasional lifting up to 75 lbs., routine lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, balancing, handling, walking 8 to 10 hours, ability to work in confined spaces and underground, being able to use all limbs for long periods of time, simultaneous usage
