Job Title: Assembler
Job Description
The position is responsible for the assembly of axles and related components on the line. All tasks are performed to ensure a quality axle product for placement on the chassis line in a safe and timely manner, ensuring that all products are assembled, tested, and verified to customer specifications.
Responsibilities
Build axles and related assemblies efficiently and with a focus on quality.
Meet productivity, safety, and quality goals set by the company.
Report any problems that could interfere with the delivery of axles or related department assemblies to the chassis line or the final customer to the Line Leader, Supervisor, or Direct Manager.
Ensure a clean working environment.
Observe company policies, including work instructions, SOPs, and safety rules.
Support the Quality and Environmental Policies and Management Systems.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Work Environment
The work environment is a production facility with six assembly lines. The shifts are Monday - Friday, with the first shift from 6:00am to 2:30pm and the second shift from 3:00pm to 12:30am. The dress code includes steel-toed shoes, jeans, and a t-shirt, with eye, ear, and hand protection provided by the employer.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00
