The Slot Attendant is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of guest related services within the Casino. This individual maintains direct contact with the guests and must always be positive, responsive, proactive, and focused. The Slot Attendant provides a high level of guest service dealing with different aspects of the guests needs, these services include but are not limited to; explaining the operations of the machines, making change, arranging or providing food and drink service, maintaining a clean playing area for the guest, paying the guest jackpots, serving the machines in the case of minor service needs or malfunctions in accordance with departmental policy and procedures.

This position will be required to work weekends, holidays and evenings/nights. The Slot Attendant must be at least 21 years of age and have the ability to obtain and maintain a New Mexico Gaming Work Permit, which requires both a background and credit screen.
