The Downs Racetrack and Casino is looking for a Line Cook to join our team. The Line Cook accurately and efficiently cooks meats, fish, vegetables, soups and other food products as well as prepares and portions food products prior to cooking. The Line Cook will perform other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation including plating and garnishing cooked items and preparing appropriate garnishes for all plates. The Line Cook stays true to the department and food standards established by the Executive Chef.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Two years of recent equivalent experience highly preferred.
