Curia HR and LMS Administrator in Albuquerque, New Mexico

The Human Resources and Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator is a key member of the team, responsible for being the face of HR and the Training & Development organizations to the Albuquerque site and ensuring a foundation of organizational excellence for the team. This position is responsible for welcoming candidates and directing them for interviews, coordinating the scheduling of new hire training sessions for Albuquerque’s new hire “Sterile University.” This role will be responsible for entering, maintaining and reporting training qualifications and records in the Learning Management System. As a member of the ABQ team, adherence to regulatory, global and site policies and procedures governing activities is critical.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process, from posting job openings to coordinating interviews and facilitating new employee onboarding.

  • Employee Training Records and Documentation:

  • Entering training courses into LMS; assigning specific training modules to individual employees and teams.

  • Archiving, data entry/recording, metrics reports, etc

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including training qualifications, performance evaluations, and leave requests.

  • Ensure compliance with privacy standards and data protection regulations.

  • Front Desk and Reception: Greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and direct inquiries to appropriate personnel.

  • Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries, concerns, and basic HR-related issues, escalating more complex matters to appropriate channels.

  • Assist in organizing team-building activities and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Office Operations: Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing supplies, facilities, and office maintenance.

  • Policies and Compliance: Assist in the development and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.

  • Expense Tracking: Monitor and record team expenses, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budget limits. Reconcile expense reports and support financial reporting processes.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

Required

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 3+ years of experience in HR administration

  • 2+ years of experience in LMS administration

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, and familiarity with Learning Management Systems.

  • Strong understanding of HR practices

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Preferred

  • Associate / Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field

  • Experience in a manufacturing setting or Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) related environment

  • Oracle or equivalent ERP experience

  • Ability to quickly learn and complete tasks independently with minimal guidance after training
