Robert Half Administrative Assistant in Albuquerque, New Mexico

Description

We are offering an opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This role functions within the construction industry, focusing on administrative responsibilities such as data entry, scheduling, and customer service. This position is contract to hire. PT 20-25 hours a week

Responsibilities:

• Managing inbound and outbound calls effectively to address customer inquiries

• Processing new hires and coordinating travel arrangements

• Performing data entry tasks to maintain accurate records

• Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) for various administrative tasks

• Scheduling appointments and managing calendars efficiently

• Handling email correspondence professionally and promptly

• Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders

• Utilizing QuickBooks for various financial tasks

• Applying HR knowledge to assist in managing personnel

Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word is required.

• Must possess excellent customer service skills.

• Experience in handling inbound and outbound calls efficiently and professionally.

• Demonstrated ability in data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail.

• Capable of managing email correspondence, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries.

• Experience with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.

• Familiarity with QuickBooks for managing financial records.

• Experience with HR partner systems for personnel management.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.

• Must possess problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze situations, identify existing or potential problems, and recommend solutions.

• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing work priorities.

• Demonstrated commitment to providing quality service to internal and external customers.

• Experience in an administrative assistant role is a plus but not mandatory.
