Description

Local company seeks a temporary Accounting Clerk to assist with duties while an employee is out on Medical Leave. Duties include Accounts Receivable, Data Entry, posting daily deposits, and more. Need great attention to detail, ability to run and understand numbers/reports. This position is part time, 4 hour days: M-F 8-12, for 2-3 months, paying $19/hr. Apply today!

Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounting Clerk role or similar

• Proficiency in account reconciliation

• Experience with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)

• Experience in billing and invoice processing

• Proficiency in data entry

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Oracle and SAP software

• Experience with QuickBooks software

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is preferred
