Job Purpose and Impact

The Electromechanical Technician I, will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot basic program issues and assist with program modification on computer-controlled systems with frequent guidance. In this role, you will utilize maintenance and reliability practices to ensure all assets are maintained in safe condition while continuing to ensure the life of the equipment.

Compensation: $27.25/hr

Principal Accountabilities

  • May modify programming under general guidance

  • Occasionally participate in the design and installation of new or upgraded equipment and machinery

  • Complete basic troubleshooting of machinery and automation failures

  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the reliability of plant assets while troubleshooting machinery and automation failures as necessary

  • Perform periodic inspection and maintenance on packaging equipment, processing equipment, storage systems, plant utilities and other mechanical and electrical systems, under direct guidance

  • Other duties as assigned

  • Vibration routes utilizing our Fluke equipment

  • MCC Thermal Camera Route

  • Hydraulic System Oil Sampling

  • Responsible for calibration of the various meters/cameras

  • Upkeep of MCC Tools/PPE

  • Plant IT duties

Required Qualifications

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

  • Must be 18 years or older
