Description

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in the Willamette Valley. This role involves invoicing customers, maintaining accurate records, and resolving customer inquiries in the industry. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Resolve customer inquiries related to their accounts in a professional and efficient manner

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as needed

• Use Microsoft Excel to manage and organize data related to accounts receivable

• Perform account reconciliation tasks to ensure all accounts are balanced

• Handle billing procedures and ensure all invoices are sent out on time

• Manage cash applications and ensure all payments are applied correctly

• Assist with collections and ensure all payments are collected in a timely manner

Requirements • Proficiency in account reconciliation and accounts receivable (AR)

• Experience with billing procedures

• Demonstrated skill in cash applications and cash collections

• Familiarity with commercial collections

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proven problem-solving abilities

• High level of integrity and trustworthiness

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
