Duties Description - Process inactive project de-obligation transactions in Federal Highway Administration’s (FHWA’s) Federal Information Management System (FMIS)- Process billing suspense transactions in FHWA’s FMIS- Complete project closeout reconciliations to ensure appropriate reimbursement of the Department by FHWA, and process subsequent closeout of projects in FMIS- Work on appropriate Statewide Financial System (SFS) setup to ensure credits to FHWA for Refund of Appropriation transactions are processed- Proofread unit procedures- Create Customer Contracts in the SFS Customer Contracts module- Add Chartfield2s (CF2s) in the SFS Project Costing module- Prepare and distribute the FHWA W10A Summary Status of Funds report- Run and analyze various project related reports and queries in the Data Financial Warehouse and the Statewide Financial System (SFS)- Work on special projects as necessaryResponsibilities may include serving a role within the Incident Command System to support the department’s response to regional and statewide emergency situations.
Minimum Qualifications Must have completed at least 12 credit hours of college study and be currently enrolled in an accredited degree program.
