Senior Healthcare Program Specialist – Albany, NY

Responsibilities Include:

1. Administration project Coordination for Grant Contracts associated with Doctors Across New York (DANY) and Nurses Across New York (NANY) programs.

2. Coordinate Contract Development to achieve contract execution for assigned grant awards. Perform quality assurance reviews on all proposed contract amendments.

3. Oversee the Reimbursement Payment Process for DANY and NANY contracts, ensuring voucher audits are conducted in a manner consistent with bureau policies and contractual payment provisions. Evaluates submission information to determine if acceptable.

4. Oversee Contract Monitoring activities for executed DANY and NANY contracts to ensure contract provisions are met. Provide financial forecasting, planning and quantitative analysis, including developing budget to actual analysis.

5. Coordinate Vendor Responsibility review to evaluate grantees capacity to perform the requirements of the contract fully.

6. Provide technical advice, consultation, and guidance on operating programs to staff, agency officials, and others regarding contracting, reimbursement, and project changes.

7. Assist ASMG with other projects assigned as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

• 9 years of experience in healthcare

• An associate degree in related field can count for 2 years of experience, a bachelor’s can count for 4 years of experience, and a Master’s can count for 5 years of experience

Compensation for roles at Staffing Solutions Organization LLC (SSO) varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, SSO provides a reasonable range of compensation for this role. In addition, SSO provides a range of benefits for this role.
