What You’ll Be Doing:

The Client Analytics team offers candidates the opportunity to work with key business, analytics, product, and operational leaders to deliver client-specific analytical insights and drive data-driven decision-making for clients that utilize our core specialty programs and administrative platform. We are strategic advisors, analysts, and subject matter experts who accomplish our mission by using data to drive business insights. Collaboration Opportunities :

Your role works closely with customer strategy and growth teams to develop analytical insights that communicate Evolent’s value story to client stakeholders. We turn complex datasets into business insights and visualizations to help clients make informed, data-driven decisions.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Working on a strategic analytics team using data to identify and deliver business insights to clients

  • Serving as a strategic advisor to internal and external stakeholders, communicating Evolent product performance and identifying opportunities to better manage their health plan populations

  • Partnering with internal stakeholders to identify key metrics aligned with client strategy and Evolent’s value story

  • Creating data visualizations in Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI to deliver data-driven insights to non-analytical stakeholders

  • Working in Power BI, Excel, SAS, SQL, or similar analytical software to analyze clinical authorization and healthcare claims data

  • Using analytical tools to integrate various data sources to solve challenging analytical problems that align with key strategic objectives

Qualifications - Required and Preferred:

  • 2 or more years of experience in a consulting or strategic analytics role

  • BS or BA in Business, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or equivalent years of experience with a quantitative emphasis

  • Experience using a variety of data visualizations and PowerPoint to deliver business insights clearly and succinctly

  • Strong analytical abilities, with a track record of identifying insights from quantitative and qualitative data

  • Independent thinker with the ability to multitask and manage multiple long-term projects with varying timelines

  • Collaborative working style with the ability to work across different organizations and personalities

  • Experience presenting business insights to internal and external stakeholdersis preferred

  • 2-5 years of experience using Excel and SQL or SAS is preferred

  • 2-5 years of healthcare-related experience is preferred

Technical Requirements:

We require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps and, specifically for all call center employees, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. These at-home technical requirements are subject to change with any scheduled re-opening of our office locations.

The expected base salary/wage range for this position is $75,000 - 85,000. This position is also eligible for a bonus component that would be dependent on pre-defined performance factors. As part of our total compensation package, Evolent is proud to offer comprehensive benefits (including health insurance benefits) to qualifying employees. All compensation determinations are based on the skills and experience required for the position and commensurate with experience of selected individuals, which may vary above and below the stated amounts.
