Job Description

A client in the semiconductor industry is hiring for a Regional Field Service Manager to join their team. The Regional Field Service Manager is responsible for managing and undertaking all aspects of field service within a specific region. This includes operation and maintenance of all equipment, product delivery, installation, and preventative maintenance support in line with customer agreements and expectations. This role will assist in providing direction and co-ordination for regional and on-site service personnel, growing the region's Service business, and providing a regional service customer interface.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant industry experience

• Experience in one of the following areas; Technical Support, Equipment Service and training

• Experience overseeing multiple sites

• Experience overseeing at least 10 reports

• General understanding of costs that contribute and detracts from P&L

• Experience managing customer KPI's Semiconductor Industry Experience
